This hat is great. And well worth the money. It’s 100% wool, but not scratchy. It’s warm, but breathes enough that you can still regulate your temperature. And it’s big and stretchy enough to fit different had sizes, with enough depth to fold/roll the rim up in different ways.
I originally ordered it in orange, but when it arrived, it didn’t match the scarf from elsewhere with which I wanted to pair it. The exchange was no trouble, and since I live near the company headquarters, someone from HQ graciously swapped the orange hat for the charcoal grey one from the mailbox on my front porch. That’s great personal service.
